Who we are?

Álaya is a Mexico-based hospitality operator specialized in the professional management of boutique hotels, vacation homes, and residential rental assets.

What began nearly ten years ago as an independent initiative has evolved into one of the most structured and scalable hospitality platforms in southern Mexico.

Today we are the largest operator in the state of Oaxaca and maintain a growing presence across multiple high-value destinations nationwide.

We currently manage more than 160 properties and oversee a diverse portfolio that ranges from independent boutique hotels to branded residential assets. In parallel, we actively collaborate with investors and developers in the conceptualization, design, and execution of more than twenty hospitality projects under development.

Our model is built on operational control, financial transparency, and performance optimization. By integrating distribution, revenue strategy, digital marketing, guest experience, and back-office administration under one structure, we deliver consistent results while protecting asset value.

We approach hospitality as an operating business, not only as a service. The objective is clear: maximize income, maintain long-term competitiveness, and provide owners with real peace of mind.
